Who can take part
Maxi is operated by Maxi Intelligence, Inc. This invite-only closed beta is for adults age 18 or older. Please don’t use it if you’re under 18 or haven’t been invited.
What a beta means
Maxi is experimental, pre-release software. Features may change, contain errors, or be unavailable. Please report problems and don’t rely on the beta as your only record or way to arrange care.
Care decisions
Recommendations help you compare options. They don’t guarantee safety, fit, availability, service quality, or outcomes. Owners and providers are responsible for discussing needs, checking suitability, and making their own care decisions.
Payments
Payments in the beta are for practice only. We don’t collect card or bank details, and you won’t be charged.
Stay summaries
Care summaries and automated observations may be incomplete or wrong. Review them in context; they are not a complete record of a stay.
You can see selected images and highlights, not full stay video. The demo clip is an example, not footage from your stay.
Stay evidence requires the owner’s separate consent for that stay. Accepting these terms or the Privacy Policy does not give that consent.
Respectful use
Use Maxi for the invited evaluation. Share only information and photos you have permission to use. Don’t misuse the service or access someone else’s information. Let us know if something seems wrong.
Your information
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, who can see it, and how to request changes or deletion. Profile photos are optional.
